I should rate the hotel with three stars, not less, not more; the room furniture is quiet old and the balcony and sun bed mattresses, for instance, are not that clean. I should recommend the hotel as a three-star family hotel for guest that are not too demanding. The reviews and images about this hotel are somewhat overdone.

this hotel was very far from the city and shopping area. 35kms from pattaya beach and hence it was very inconvenient

I liked the fact that it has its own private beach and all the facilities of a 4 star hotel.
Menu prices were high and room service was late. Also the fitness club was small and machines in bad condition.
